written by reader Beginner on Stock GumShoe and super Teasers.

My question is: Why would anyone who can predict extraordinary gains in a stock and subsequently double their money share that with others for any price. If you can double your money it does not take long before you have all the money in the world. My first thought is; they are so philanthropic that they want to help every one for a mere $2,000. My second thought is; they really can’t double their money and are willing to let 500 people give them $2,000 for a mere $1,000,000 in profit and not do any work, hoping only 250 people ask for their money back.

Most Teasers offer a money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied in a 30 or 90 day window. One even offers a ridiculous second year free if the first year fails to make money. Thirty days is not enough time to evaluate a successful investment plan so either you ask for you money back even if you cannot prove it will not succeed in the 30 day window or you go ever the 30 days and all is lost.

If all the promises are true in the ”Super Teasers” why not contract subscribers to share their winnings only when the process proves itself. That way the only money, other than what you lose on bad advise, you have to give them is from gains using the Teaser’s advise. That way you can also try it on paper before risking a penny. That will not happen.

Another gimmick in the teasers are select stocks from history that prove the teaser is a winner. They do not ever tell you they suggested 100 stocks and only money 10 were winners, so your chances of you winning is 1 in 10.
